REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, Our store policy states that we do not currently offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our business and also for the safety and wellbeing of our clients.  

Prices advertised are subject to change, and we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to increase prices or to offer sales and other promotions for certain products and for a limited duration.  We do not accept returns or provide refunds for dissatisfaction with the product unless the product is faulty.

We carefully evaluate every situation and decide the best way forward, if for any reason we decide to exchange, your ITEM must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Liability

 Buyers are responsible for exchange shipping costs and if for any reason we decide to exchange, buyers will be responsible for any other charges incurred as a result of the transaction. Exchange is also subject to availability.


To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@blwithjane.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
